Its So Simple Ways To Make The Better Performance Of Your PC..

Just Open The (Start Then RUN) Then Type..
(prefetch).. You see That...

Then Click on Ok..

After You see Option Cancel And Continue..

Simply Click on Continue..Then you See..

Select All These by (Ctrl+A) and delete them..

After That Empty (Your Recycle Bin) also..

Another Way

Just Type (%temp%) in the Run Instead Of prefetch and do same process that you do with prefetch files..
